Hi Member, If you are having problem log in to Smart4D even after your email activation, please try the following solutions.
- Please clear the cookies and temporary internet files once and retry to log in again. - If it failed to log you in then make sure you have set your internet security setting to enable cookies. - If everything is set accordingly and it's still failed, this have to do with your Internet Browser. Please update your windows once using the "Tools" and "Windows Update". - If after the updating and it still doesn't work, there is only left one thing you can try is to use a different browser (Opera 8.5 or above) which guarantee will work, you can download it from www.download.com. Least but not last, make sure you have installed your PC with Macromedia Flash Player to enable the see the Smart tips (can be download from the same website). We are sorry to say that we can't help you much after you have tried the above solutions.
