If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Unico Services has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Unico Services has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

MEMBER CONDUCT

You understand that all information or messages (Content), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Unico Services, are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service. Unico Services does not control the Content posted in the Forum via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. A Member MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER to upgrade to Club Smart4D(the "Club") in this site. If you("you" or "your") reside in a country which requires you to be 21 YEARS OR OLDER to participate in 4D play, you must adhere to that country’s respective laws/statutes in order to join the Club. As a Club member and the use of all information, products and services on Smart4D site (the "Services), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and all terms and conditions. You also agree that Unico Services(“The Company”) may amend/modify it Services and Terms and Conditions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please read them carefully and regularly. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not join the Club.

Upgrade to Club Smart4D

Prior to upgrade to Club Smart4D member, you HAVE to be an existing Smart4D member.

Club Smart4D Membership & Fees

To become a Club member, you must register with us through The Company online registration and activation process. A 6 months/Yearly subscription fee at this time for the Club membership is RM100.00/RM180.00 or $28.00 USD/$48.00 USD respectively. Payment can be make direct to The Company Maybank account, Maybank2U - 3rd Party Funds Transfer or using PayPal secure payment system. Depending on the mode of payment,it usually takes up TWO(2) business days for us to acknowledge the receipt of payment. Upon received of payment, your account will be activated and you will be acknowledged via your registered email address with us. It is your responsibility to make sure the validity of your email address. Your club membership will commence from it account activation date. Your payment by Credit Card will not auto-renew after expiration of your membership. Club members will receive a renewal notice via email, ONE(1) week prior to the expiration date. During the membership period, you will be responsible for all use of your account, including, without limitation, any use by any unauthorized third party. You must notify The Company immediately if you believe your account has been or may be obtained or used by any unauthorized person or entity. In addition, you must notify The Company immediately if you become aware of any other breach or attempted breach of the security of The Company Service. Members is responsible for paying periodic membership fees according to the then-current Terms of the site. The Company may/will terminate your account at any time, if you fail to make your fee renewal on time, breach, or violation to the terms of this Agreement. Membership fees are not refundable once you've upgraded your account. Only members have the right to have a full access to all our online Services.

Member Conduct

Generally, you must use The Company Service in a manner that demonstrates good taste and respect for the rights of The Company and it members.

You will not use The Company Service to post content or to market or sell any service or product that;

infringes the rights of a third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, rights of privacy and publicity,
is libelous, defamatory or slanderous, condones, promotes,
is sexually suggestive or contains explicitly sexual content (including nudity), does or may denigrate or offend any ethnic, racial, gender, religious or other protected group, through use of language, images, stereotypical depiction or otherwise,
is designed to or does harass, threaten, defame or abuse others, exploits images or the likeness of minors, encourages or depicts the use of drugs, alcohol or cigarettes or,
is generally offensive or in bad taste.

It is very IMPORTANT to know that, you are NOT ALLOW at any time, to disclose the Box "TIPS" Number from the The Company STB36(Smart4D Treasure Box 36) services. The Company takes this matter very seriously, member who breach this term WILL resulting in their membership being terminated permanently without prior notice.

The Company will provide technical support to members via The Services forum, chat, private message or email.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Unico Services shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.
